I was here on a business trip. The location was excellent, near the minatomirai train station and can get to tokyo within 30 minutes. The room rates were much cheaper than those in Tokyo. Room was clean and the internet wifi was fast. The only annoying thing was I wasn't told my breakfast (booked online) was only for one person.... More

I returned to hotel after 20 years. The outside continues to be unique but the room is tired starting to wall and carpet. Lifts are slow and services stays at the level of standard business hotel. I have no problem to stay for business trip or conference but am reluctant for pleasure.

This is a big hotel, nothing bad about except the check in. My complaint was that I showed what room I booked, but they didn't have the room available. I'm a Platinum IHG member, did no good here. I suggest not booking directly with the hotel's website, and instead use IHG site or another method.

It is located near the convention centre and adjacent to the shopping mall where the Minatomirai station is located. This is a five star hotel that really is a four star. Good clean rooms with the usual comforts of Japan - bidets and bathtub. Good range of toiletries.
