Pros: Next to the train station and has a mall inside to go shopping. The staff spoke english and they were very helpful. Cons: It's an older hotel so it's not that nice but good enough for a business trip. My room was really small but to be expected in Japan. More

Hotel is close to shin yokohama shinkansen station. Has a very nice restaurant on the 40th floor (a little bit expensive but ok for Japanese food). The view from the restauratn is very nice. tHE hotel is very clean and there is a shuttle bus to the Narita airport. (takes about 2 hours). It also offers free WLAN access. More

The decor of the room is filthy- the walls have yellowed unfortunately not evenly so the color is from off white to dark brown.
