The room was very small, but it's Japan, so it was expected. Our room on the 27th floor was clean and had a private bathroom. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel had a green cleaning program, where if you didn't need your room cleaned every day, you received 500JPY to be used in the hotel's convenience store...
