We only had lunch in one of the historic rooms and were also treated to a tour of the famous staircases, McArthur appartments, the chapel with stunning views of Yokohama harbour and the Minato Mirai reclaimed land area. A place to recommend for friends to stay.

This is one of the better hotels of Yokohama and not expensive as well. Is close to all the major tourist attractions in town. The rooms are clean and well organized. The staff is amazing and they even gifted me the Holy Book of Buddhism during check-out. Taxis are available outside the hotel. Overall, a very nice experience.

Small room without Wifi, friendly staff. A nice garden/patio for lunch. Part of the hotel due for upgrade to 2011 standard. Short walk to shopping area ans China Town, All over a nice stay.

Very shabby and dirty approach road, claustrophobic hotel interiors, poor service and very unhelpful and unwilling staff, very ordinary room, paid internet, the only plus is decent house keeping & cleanliness...

Hotel staff friendly but out of the way from train stations and no wi-fi connection. Room smoky, son was not happy
