This hotel was a great experience. The restaurants were good, conference space was cozy and comfortable, turn down service was a plus. Only drawback is really expensive wi fi in the room.

Have just spent 3 nights at this hotel. Excellent clean comfortable rooms and the breakfast is amazing. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. Very polite and always happy to help, a credit to InterContinental.

Spent a couple nights at the hotel during last trip to Almaty and didn't regret about that.
Simply awesome service, they always asking you how they can help you, how are you doing, how is going on etc etc. Even when i was at the hotels 2x, 3x times more expensive in Europe i never see such level of service....
