Location is near to ksl city. That is only plus point. The room was old n has a stale cigarette smell. Bed was disatrous as well. Can literally feel the spring of the mattress. Stayed here few years back and recently back for business trip. Nothing much changed, the staffs' service is nice. Upgraded me to Junior suite while i was booked deluxe room. However, do check with receptionist, whether the room got window or not. I love the food there, variety of choices and tasty!

Check in to their standard room. Moment I put down my laguage , I realised that the bedsheet has blood stain on it. How can the housekeeping never notice such obvious stain!. Can the management look into it. When asked t change the room, staff showed black face and took one hour to get it done.

The rooms have been refurbished and so was clean and comfortable. AC cool and beds comfy. Amenities simple but sufficient. In room hot water kettle was very convinient. Booked through web page for a junior suite at the 25th floor, one floor below the Sky Lounge. Car park, was brightly lit with CCTVs every where.
