“FOR THE PRICE OF A 5 STAR HOTEL SERVICE IS A FAILURE”

the worst stay ever at 5 star rates this hotel is horrific in all ways the budget hotel serves better service staff are not capable to rectify the problem the room tv was like a plasma with cheap antenna please reconsider stay before checking in

Its business hotel near university technology Malaysia . The corporate rate for one night with one breakfast was RM 150.00 which I think is 50% higher than standard rate in Johor bharu town. Hotel is infront of an abandoned shopping mall project so view is not present. No Internet facility in room wifi not working. Internet service is charged additional... More

“Worse Hotel”

Worse Hotel. Even the near by budget hotel are better than Goodhope hotel. No free WiFi, defect of tv, power trip, air cond not funtioning, bed bugs.
