The hotel is in Kuatan and it was my first trip there ever. Hotel is huge and the staff is friendly. There is mall next to the hotel. The rooms are quite big and bright. I was a great stay with spacious room and LCD tv. Big bathroom and very near to the mall. Surely come again for the next stay in kuantan. The only weakness is their parking lot is not roofted and in peak season there is no ample parking which located at sewerage smelly area.

Nothing is wrong with this hotel... a large room with great food and staff. Free wifi and much more... great value and i cant ask for more. They even give u a gov serv rate.. Booked for 2 family suite. Check-in was a delay n i was compensated with an upgrade to cempaka suite. The room is superb!.. The hospitality was excellent.. Highly recommended.. Located next to berjaya megamall.. Definitely will return to this hotel on our next trip to kuantan
