the hotel has a chinese theme in the foyer and outside the hotel. with the exception of this, the hotel is very average. the beds and rooms are clean and the breakfast is good, but wont feature in any of you to 10 lists.

Having business trip again after one month, the wifi service no more available to rooms which previously having slow internet connection already. Wifi service only available at lobby. Tv programmes now only left local channels can watch, others extra channels having bad signal until unable to watch. Overall service getting worst, suspect management changed.

We stay for this hotel for 3 nites and what a good room we have, first enter at our room bed is wide, room is clean, bathroom complete, all is just okay and price affordable, when having breakfast at Groundfloor was delish.. Come to Penang will stay at this Hotel again.
