This is a mid range place out of town by the One Borneo Hypermall. A poor location if you're just in town to wait for a flight. But the mall does have lots of shops, restaurants etc. The hotel is fine. room, fine. service fine. pretty much get what you pay for here.

Good for budget travellers, and families. For the price i paid i got a small room with no window. Everything else in room basic, but comfortable. Hotel backs onto a large shopping centre next door which offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars.

The price is very reasonable, room is fantastic, especially the bathroom with view. Location just upstairs the shopping mall, very convenient looking for the food or do some shopping. Just below the hotel got one travel agency also not so bad about the price, and we use their service to visit Mount Kinabalu.
