The room is clean and the size is reasonable with the price that they are charging. Receptionists were professionals but not very impressive and warmth. Room is small but toilet is big( same size with bedroom), clean, bed is comfortable, free wifi, no chair in the room , a mini table , reasonable room rate. Plenty of cafe, food court and restorant nearby. Suang Tain Seafood Restorant serve fresh and all kind of seafood ( 5 mins walk). 10 minutes walk to Suria Mall.

The only downside of this lovely hotel is that service is terrible. Our check-in took more than 30 minutes because there was only one receptionist catering to a group of 30 tourists.
