Stayed here a few times and the front-line staff have always been great. Standards in housekeeping however seem to be slipping. My room was serviced but towels were taken away not replaced. “We like the location, the staff is polite and the room is spacious and clean.”

The front desk was efficient and check -in was a breeze. Enjoyed the daily breakfast at the melting pot. The staff is attentive despite the morning crowd. Housekeeping is great! Our room was well kept daily and the bed immaculately made each time. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Looks like pretty old property - Lot of add-ons they (Like press and board, torch) had but few basic things were missing - now all the other hotels offer comb and toothpaste / brush, which was not there. Check in on 23 Feb. Good service by reception. The hotel is near shopping center - Plaza Shah Alam. Room is clean but the furniture and TV is outdated. The hotel view of Shah Alam blue Mosque is very magnificient. I will surely return again.

“Pleasant Enough”

Stayed here for business, the rooms are adequate, the facilities ok the staff lovely. This is a good business hotel and does exactly what it says on the tin. If you're looking for luxury, fun, party times this is not the place for you. If you're after a simple, well run hotel for a short stay you're onto a winner.
