Love the resort...peaceful...great for relaxing n getaway...my children love the pool...front desk shud b more friendly....breakfast buffet tasty...but can add more variety.... Rooms are spacious... will come back...

River view room not worth paying extra for.No bar nothing to do. Too far away from islands or sightseeing. If you are a westerner do not stay here. Staff have very little or no English and are not quick to respond to requests, even when it has been their oversight.

Customer service is quite poor particularly at the reception. Riyaz is losing its beauty due to poor maintenance - toilet's condition is poor. Need a long walk from you chalet to reception. Make sure you are ready for this. (riyaz car-buggy system is not efficient) Not a 5 star standard. Need to lower your expectation. Food is very good tho
