Staffs are good. Stayed in the executive room, bed sheets are too old, had unknown burn marks on it. Also, the hotel room had this after rain smell. Overall for a four star hotel, I would expect it to be better maintained. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Good confortable room. 1213. Nice view direvtly infront of sea front. All staff very nice anf friendly. Especially the 2 doormen. Very alert and fast. Hotel lobby is small, there is handbag stall in the lobby which is strange to me (yes, a small stall with some handbags put on a table for sale). Came for a cycling competition where the event starts at 7am. There were many requests for them to start their breakfast earlier than 6.30 am but they wouldn't accommodate us. We stayed for 1 night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The bathroom is all works. Small swimming pool for kids but it's OK. Great location. It's offer a great breakfast.
