The Hansa hotel does not look particularily charming from the outside, but once inside it really is a comfy, well-run place. My room was not decorated and furnished with the latest style, but everything was clean, well kept and comfortable. Not one chip of paint was missing anywhere. Our experience was not positive at all. The room was dark and poorly decorated. The hair dryer was broken and to have a replacement it took almost one hour. Service was lacking the warm feeling that characterised all other lodge/hotel we visited during our stay in Namibia. more
