Considering this is in Nigeria, the hotel offers good facilities. Room was clean, bathroom functional, internet working. The lunch buffet and breakfast are heavily overpriced for what is offered. Later took the bar breakfast for half the price, it was just fine.

Forced to stay here, and as such Novotel whack the price up to much 5 star western hotels. Its a con and Novotel should be ashamed. Looks like the decor hasnt changrd scince the British were here. It is a con and the fact that Novotel are milking it is a disgrace

If you are paying and have a choice, i would advise that you find another hotel. The facilities are Novotel standards and the cooking is what you can expect from the Novotel brand, however, the focus on security and their "core customers" leaves much to be desired.

I would not have stayed here unless I had to. The rooms are grim - smelled of damp and depressing decor. Some of the staff are friendly but others indifferent.
