Great location , great beds , pillows , wifi , hotwater and pressure . so close to everything in Puno , right in the heart of town ! We had a room with no view but didn't really care ,,, it was fine , beds were great and loved the pillows !

Many of our clothes were torn when they were returned from the laundry in the hotel. Not great considering how much we paid to have it done! Other than that not a bad hotel. Friendly staff and very central. Pricey though considering that it is only a 3 star hotel.
