“Most accomodating”

Stayed for a longer duration than usual. Everyone is very accomodating even when I'm compaining they're their helping with a smile and warm friendly attitude. Never had a bad meal at Le Chef restaurant which is part of the hotel. Do be aware...10 minutes of hot water is all you'll get so shower swiftly. There is no AC which weather... More

Beautiful hotel in a pine trees forest above Baguio. It felt like Canada...! Very big and comfortable room, without a balcony but it was raining hard and a bit cool, so there was no point anyway. The Manor is the most popular hotel in baguio. The staff are very nice, helpful and very informative. Our room is spacious,clean and comfortable. Food is yummy! I really enjoyed my stay at this place because its safe. Planning to go there again this year!

“Best Hotel in Baguio”

The Manor at Club John Hay is by far the best hotel in Baguio in terms of facilities and location. Located in an old US Military base, it includes an 18 hole golf course and other recreational facilities. Food at all their outlets are also very good and reasonably priced. A must visit while in Baguio!

Location is the best. Not too far from the city center's attractions but far enough to have a very intimate and quiet stay in baguio. staff are all friendly, clean rooms, tv audio is not working sometimes (forgiveable), awesome garden view. We had a great stay. we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Amazing!! Excellent hotel. Friendly stuff. Amazing location. Very clean. The hotel is located in the middle of a “camp” which is actually a Pine Forest. The camp is very clean and you can find there restaurants, sap, hiking area, butterflies forest, horseback riding, bicycle tours and many more attractions. “Quiet and weather is cooler!”

It's my first time to stay in manor camp John hay hotel in Baguio. This place got a good view on mountains. Very relaxing, and good staffs. Food are delicious and healthy. Cool breezes. I was with my boss family that time. Thank you manor hotel for your service. Very nice place to stay.
