Apo View Hotel is located near the city center, this is an independent hotel which i think is run by a family. Very good hotel except that they should have already included a free breakfast considering the room rate they charge, compared to other asian cities and some hotels in manila and quezon city.

Check out their buffet breakfast or any buffet for that matter, delicious!!! There are newly-renovated modern room and suites. And we checked-in and get these rooms for our families. Must-try and visit the pool. It's long and more for adults, but kids can enjoy it too. A walking distance to the city's famous park, just right next to it.

Time was when this hotel is the ONLY Five Star Hotel in the area. But sadly, this hotel has seen better days. Rooms are old, toilets are mouldy, and the overall look/appearance feels very dated. stayed for two nights at this downtown hotel. The location was quite good but the hotel really needs to upgrade as all the elevators, light switches, bathroom fittings, carpets, beds, television look very old and tired already. If you bring your own vehicle, parking is a nightmare.
