Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights starting June 8th. The shower water pressure was slow and every time you flush the toilet you have to wait 5 minutes before water pressure comes back. Location,location,location! Walk to Ayala or a short cab ride to great restaurants. I love this place. The staff is amazing! The buffet is very good for the price. The rooms are a great value. I like the corner boutique rooms. Very spacious! I was there for my birthday and they surprised me with a beautiful cake delivered to my room.

Stayed in every kind of room. I like the boutique corner rooms the best. Quality bathroom products. Very spacious. However all rooms are nice. Don't book on Agoda or Expedia. I've stayed at the Parklane on two separate occasions. I've also stayed at the Waterfront Hotel/Casino and the Golden Prince in Cebu and this is my favorite. It is truly an International-quality hotel. If you're used to hotels in the USA, this won't disappoint.

This hotel was pArt of package. Don't go on Holy Week, unless u r are there for religious reasons. Otherwise Shops in hotel And SM Mall were closed. Regardless a city tour was nice and it was available. The pool gets sun only first part of day. So go early. Service personnel were all very helpful and kind.
