verbena is located among the several inns in the capitol area. the room was quite small but clean. the breakfast is usually just for one, but you can pay extra for another set which won't cost much. Have stayed here several times. Budget hotel but rooms are adequate. Only one block to a business mall with several restaurants, two blocks to Fuente Osmena Circle with shops, mall, restaurants. Good value for money
