The hotel location is great, close to the metro and a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are tidy and clean. However they lack some commodities: for example they still have those old CRT TVs instead of LCDs taking too much space leaving you with almost no room to place your laptop (this the only place with LAN cable)....
