Napoleon Hostel has been voted as the best hostel in Moscow... When you first arrive, you think it's a bit pretentious. After one day, you already think that it deserves more ! Nothing more than you need. Attentive and friendly staff. Location is really great. Very close to the Kremlin and lots of restaurant around. more

It was nice to arrive in moscow and find a nice hostel waiting for us. the staff was nice and friendly, had to share 2 toilets with the whole hostel so you might have to time your showers if not there is much to distract you while waiting such as the free internet or coffee in the kitchen we some... more
So we stayed at this hostel with a large group of friends for only two reasons. Our friends were staying there and hotels in Moscow are pretty pricey when compared to other places. First off, the location is fantastic, extremely close to Red Square and super close to the Kitay-Gorod metro stop. This was a major plus. I have been there for 4nights and I can only say positive things about Napoleon Hostel and the great people I met there. The staff is so polite and gentle always up for help you in everything. I really felt like to be home in the best family! Hope to could come back there soon! more
