This is a new hotel just in the heart of Saint Petersburg. Hotel is clean, nicely located with a professional staff. Rooms are quite small, but very convienent. I was suprise that there was not bath at all. Small minus, do not take a room with windows to Ligovsky street, it is noise 24/7 and your sleep may be disturbed.

The "Crowne Plaza Ligovsky" is around the corner from the more interesting part of Newski Prospect and a litte far from the major sites, but the Moskovskaya railway station, subway stations and numerous bus lines are only a short walk away, so we didn't mind the location and took advantage of the therefore lower room price. We had a nice room with a view but the view isn't great. Our shower had a window to the bed which is... Interesting. The location is quite off. The service was good though, but nothing special still. It was hard finding an ice machine and the corridor wasn't cleaned too often.

The hotel was very much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and it was a warm welcome! From the moment the automatic outer doors opened onto the snow and freezing temperatures outside, this hotel met you more than half way. Our welcoming committee included the doorman, the concierge (all 3 we encountered during our stay were excellent), and three behind reception. We took the hotel car from the airport, and back again, and that all worked perfectly.... More

The Crowne Plaza is located within easy walking distance from the train station and metro stops. We arrived on the train from Moscow around midnight and the short walk with luggage was much appreciated. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and much to see within walking distance. Really good service and clean rooms. Nice place, near the Moscow railway station (so you dont need to take taxi if you are arriving from/to Moscow) and there is a big shopping center "Gallery" - there you can find all what you need.

This is a 5-star hotel located in an excellent location in the historical part of the city with great service quality. However, it is one of the most expensive hotels I have ever stayed. Staff is very friendly and nice. I would like thank especially the receptionist Nastya.
