Classic sovietic style hotel. Far from the center, nothing interesting is nearby. Always need to take a taxi. Rooms're old, dirty. The funny thing is that prices are not sovietic; 4.000 rubles for a night... But in Nizhny Novgorod, at the moment the offer of hotels, western style hotels, is very poor. Better to avoid Oka.
