The staff are rude. The borscht is cold and takes half an hour to come. The bed is lumpy and has broken springs. But tge biggest issue is the filth. Everything in my room was dirty. The shower was too dirty to stand barefoot in.

Hotel complex with a good location and great view. Hotel is rather old but some renovation at lobby etc made it nicer. Staff spoke english and also looked great :) Some value for rather high price.. Take a room from the top.

Very close to Nizhegorodskaya Yarmarka and within walking distance from railway station. Comfort rooms and tasty breakfast. But in my opinion this hotel is a bit overpriced.
