This bed and breakfast is awesome! The location was perfect for us, being only 20 minutes from Rochester. The house was spectacular and was furnished beautifully! The hosts Jim and Liz were very wonderful people and very hospitable. We cant wait to come back for another visit!

My husband and I stayed here while in Avon for a family reunion. Liz and Jim were great hosts and very accommodating. The rooms were impeciably clean and well decorated and the breakfasts were large and very tasty. I would not hesitate recommending the Charlton Farm Inn for anyone. We plan on staying there again for next year's family reunion.

The owners Liz and Jim were very accomodating at there lovely bed and breakfast. The grounds were a perfect setting for my sons wedding. I would definitly like to go back and spend a weekend of relaxation there.
