In this hard labour city, Holiday Inn Riverside Chelyabinsk provides a welcome respite from the dirt and noise. Everything you could ask for as far as a hotel goes. It was expensive though. When I ate at the in the hotel restaurant they charged me for bread on my table. I came in by road from Samara, which is a rough and narrow, but paved, road full of trucks. I was ready for a break. They made me feel welcome here and took very good care of me. I don't think there is anything that can be improved on in thus hotel.

I was very impressed to find so good hotel in Chelyabinsk. The service is 100% good. Friendly staff, fully aware with IHG Priority procedures and etc. Clean big room, nice quisine in the restaurant (not cheap but OK). Some bonuses like fitness and wifi for free also uprise the mood.
