We stayed here on a business trip and the hotel does claim to be 5 star, but not truly is. I would not recommend it as a value for money, it is overpriced....but you have no other choice than this if you are in Al-Ahsa. The restaurant and food quality is really good.

Poor service, slow checkin and checkout. Room spacious, bed comfy, but beware of bldg construction on main street, they start drilling at 6 a.m. Shower small and amenities poor.
