I stayed at Dallah during Hajj and Umrah. I would prefer this hotel instead of going to any other hotel I never stayed before. Rooms and baths were nice and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. I asked for blanket at 3 am and got them within 10 minutes.

Staff was very rude; old and rusty furniture. room and bathroom were not tidy enough. basic bathroom amenities. but very cheap and within 500m of haram. It is kind of a 2 star hotel and you can stay there if you are on tight budget
