Wi-Fi does not work at Rooms. One needs to go down to lobby for Wi-Fi connection. Difficult to find the Hotel entrance which is at the back. Breakfast is alright but no coffee on the menu. Good thing is the location, very close to the Haram. Friendly people at the reception.

Great location, very near to the mosque, and it's safe to walk on your own at night. The buffet has wide variety and it tasted nice. The room was spacious, clean, had good interior, and the international tv channels worked perfectly. The staff was not very helpful but it's not something that I expect in this part of the country.

We checked in at approx. 3.00am and we were promptly attended to at the front desk without any delay.All round a very good hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious for 3 adults.A real value for money hotel.
