Lovely hotel, the young gentleman at the Reception was very helpful and very polite. The staff and service was great. Room needs some up dating, however, very clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay. As usual, great InterContinental standard. Can't fault anything.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions and it’s a reasonable hotel to stay in. The staff vary in their helpfulness but the concierge I've always found to be very good. Be warned though if the Royal family are in town you may find yourself being asked to move out to make room for VIP guests.

this hotel is fine compared to others, but the best one in Taif. but in general it is clean, quite, and a way from the city, which is a plus in my case. however, it is outdated furniture needs upgrade

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years. It is big, stylish, geometric patterns everywhere and solid. A typical Hariri Hotel. It is upper class 60's hotel.
