The hotel is clean but it's customer service is not up to 5-star hotel standard....it took more than one hour to clean a room. It doesn't turn on the AC in spite of hot weather (28C). There is no wifi in guest rooms either.

Its OK - but 100metres away is the Sakura whch is cheaper and better - in this price category go there instead

The room was normally clean, but the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I felt just like sleeping on the floor when I slept on the bed!!
