The first thing you experience at this hotel is the customer service. The staff is exceptional and time has been spent training employees on serving customers. The facilities are very nice and the eateries are fabulous (Thai food and general fare).

Our family stayed with the hotel for three nights in Mar. Everything was great. From the warm service, clean and rooms, nice breakfast to helpful staff. Best of all, it is just five minutes walk to West Lake and located next to lots of food and shopping options. Well, it comes a little pricey but worth it!
