“Great value for money”

Very nice, clean and very well-serviced Hotel with good location. I have stayed in this hotel more then 30 nights in total during my trips to Hangzhou. I have stayed in different rooms, all bright, very well kept and of good size. You can sometimes hear the traffic from rooms on lower levels floors facing the street.

Rooms were nice. Service was good. Good price. Close to train station and 10-15 min taxi to lake. Concierge was really good about ordering taxis for us which came within 10 min. I like the hotel, because of the good location and the competitive price. What is annoying, is that the WLAN is not available allover the entire hotel, eg in the room you always have to hook up via cable. Service is excellent, and people are very friendly.

“Typical Holiday Inn in China”

I have stayed here several times and although it is not a five star hotel, it is always a pleasant enough stay. Beds are comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Holiday Inns are always a safe choice in China and this one is no exception.
