Central and easy to get to tourist spots/shopping areas. Room facilities are pretty tired, bath was not draining well at all. But this hotel certainly has the best TV reception and English programs of all the umpteen hotels we have stayed in China.
It has also the most efficient front office personnel. No hassles with check in and check out.

We had a superior room for 3 nights, the rooms were really nice, bed was a supersize bed that was comfy and two pillows each.

As an old and frequent long term guest, it was like coming back home! Very good service, very friendly staff! Breakfast and dinner buffet - sumptuous and delicious.

I know this hotel for the almost past 10 years. Although the food is still enjoyable, it is no more the sumptuous buffet it used to be years ago, and way cheaper than today's prices.

I was standing there for business pupose for several days. The staff is pollite and very customer oriented e.g. I had some problems with the tv around 9:30 p.m and after 10 minutes someone came to handle it successfully. I willcome back again for sure and also suggest to my colleagues

Stay with my wife for 2 nights in there.
The hotel itself is old but our room is a premier which has been totally refurbished ,bed is terrific ,lcd tv,sofa, ok & enouth in all. There is a TESCO & silk market nearby.
We have breakfast & lunch in the hotel,ok but nothing special.
