Stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed it very much. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the main downtown area but about a 20 minute walk to Susukino and another 15 minute walk to Sapporo station so close to everything. We were on the 24th floor so the view was pretty nice, hotel is 25 stories...
