It is not located in the city side but plenty of transportation. Nice room with a terrace if you stay at south wing and a huge swimming pool. They have a lot of restaurants, I had a buffet breakfast at 30th floor in main building, normal food but wonderful view. It was a pleasant stay.

I stayed a couple of days for a convention. Rooms are quite large, much larger than the usual japanese room, with a nice view. I recommend high floor with a western side view. Many restaurants inside the hotel and in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is perfectly connected by the railway system to the key places in Kobe.
