This is definitely a nice property in the central location just beside metro station, walking distance to shopping district Karasuma shijo, nishiki market and opposite 7 Eleven store for all the sundry goods. Must try the soba eatery just next block, one of the best.

Large, comfortable, quiet room, nicely appointed. Location was OK near subway stop but the greater variety of good & reasonably priced restaurants seem to be near the railway station. We found the room very comfortable. The location was excellent, being quite central to everything in Kyoto. Entering the beautiful entrance hallway was always a calming experience. The breakfast and laundry facilities are very useful. Would certainly use this hotel again when in Kyoto.
