nice hotel, very big, loved the location, very central, the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are nice, a little small but they are ok, the restaurant in the 14th floor is very good too. wanted to try the spa, but if you have any tattoo you cant enter the spa, so there's that.

it was my first time to Osaka and very lucky to found this hotel with good service . 5 mins to metro station , good location too !! And they have hotspring too !

As others have mentioned. The hotel's location is a 5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station. I just want to add that it's also a doable 20 mins walk to Osaka Castle with several nice eateries along the way.

Travelling with a bad back creates problems in most hotels, City Plaza gives a great room and furnishings to make access and rest the easiest possible.
