Given a free upgrade to a ‘queen suite’. Very large rooms with excellent facilities, and an outstanding view of the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location isn’t ideal but the standard of service and quality of the rooms made up for it. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
