Nice location near subwau en railway stations, restaurants and shops; good room with enough space, fridge and water heater; friendly personnel, willing to help out if necessary. I have stayed there several times and will come back.

Wonderful service, clean and secure. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Close to Osaka station and many shops nearby. Even though it is near the train tracks, closing the windows and shutters block out almost all of the sound. I would stay here when I visit again.

It was too late to book into Kyoto around Easter time to view the Cherry Blossom. Since we have got a JR Pass, we found this wonderful hotel, great price, great value,very convienent, the room has everything apart from an iron. My 1st time @ Osaka, I booked hotel near osakajo bec. It easy to plan my travel, The hotel Monterey la soeur Osaka are my choice ~300 m from jr kyobashi or business park sta. hot spring in the hotel , room size ok. , bed and pillow are perfect , that it this hotel are Good for me.

Overall, hotel is very good. My only concern is that the bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly to remover stains on sink and bowl; the stains on the sink can easily be removed by rubbing by bare hands.
