Hotel room and bed are large . Heat/AC system did not work well. Could not control the room temperature settings. System seem to be central. Heat for winter and AC for summer. Have to walk or take Tram to choice restaurants but quiet area for resting.

We stayed at the Richmond Hotel for three nights this April. It was a really pleasant experience. Friendly staff, Wifi all throughout the hotel, good breakfast and close to shops, restaurants and bars. You can easily reach the hotel via streetcar from the main station. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nagasaki.

Nice room, friendly and very helpful staff. Overall the hotel is very very well kept. I suspect the hotel is located in the red light district of Nagasaki, but it did not matter to us. Brekfast was great but very heavy on the japanese and light on the western.

Well located in Shianbashi. Rooms are good size and clean. Coin operated laundry in the hotel was convenient. Staff was very friendly. Sushi restaurant across the street was excellent. Good rates, and quick to reply to questions via email. Would recommend.
