Booked via Dial a flight. +ve excellent location, staff very friendly . -ve decor dated and damaged wallpapers,, Although Dial a flight had arranged WIFi incusive deal, Hotel receptionist refused point blank and made us pay for wi fi use. Not exorbitant but point of principle.

Hotel lobby is relatively small. Check-in was fast and staffs were friendly. Was given a high floor corner room with a great view of the Twin towers. Room was nice and cosy. Wifi is chargeable at RM30 for 24hours usage. Location is good and it takes between 5-10 mins walk to Bintan Walk.

Reception was friendly and helpful, concierge too. Room was not particularly clean. Housekeeping needs to pay extra attention on the area behind the toilet bowl as well as along the edges of the room. Had a great view of the Petronas towers. That was a plus. Dated interior. Expected more due the amount payed.

Great location. Good service. Good buffet breakfast. The hotel decor is quite dated and needs a refurbishment. However the prices are generally less than half the cost of the 5 star neighbouring properties.
