I have a travel business and have an upgrade room, all of the information we need during our stay was handled by Naomi at the Club Lounge. She is the best employee to handle the guest. Greatly appreciate for the help to get the tea out side KL. I enjoy the stay, especially the room with a view of Twin... More

The hotel is new and the room is rather spacious. The bathroom has a 'privacy' function that allows instant visibility block off from the room. Otherwise, you can watch the telly through the glass while having a nice rain shower. Comfort level is high. However, there are some aspects that made my stay not as great. When I checked into... Fantastic sleeping room facing the city park. My room was spacious, well designed and noise insulation worked well. Meeting rooms had good acoustics, good food with attentive service. The location was great. The fitness center is well equipped. Worthy of a return visit.

I have recently returned from a four night stay at the Grand Hyatt in KL and will say that over all the stay was enjoyable. The actual room was good; my view was of Bank Islam and across to the Haj building. Not as good as the other side’s view across to the Petronas Towers. However some of the functions... More

the room design is awesome! the location is excellent, just 1 min away from the KLCC, the view from the hotel room is good too! the major problem is the elevator as other reviewers mentioned. but overall it is excellent.

What's great about it: 1. Location. Close to the Twin Towers and you can walk to a lot of places. Most convenient given the traffic in KL. 2. Views: get a room with the Twin Towers. The little extra is so worth paying for. Also, because the lobby and the breakfast area are on the 38th and 37th floor respectively,... More

New hotel with modern fittings. Lobby has great view of the surrounding area and the petronas towers. Service was quite good throughout, and excellent at breakfast. Felt less warmth from the front desk, but concierge was friendly and helpful. You do have to change elevators like the other reviews mention, but that seems to be the case in a lot... More

This Hotel is in my list of Top 3 in SEA for Service! Fantastic. I occassionally write about places we visit also on tripadvisor and this one needs mentioning, if not for the slick, clean and modern architecture, goodClub Level and overall design, for the great Service attitude. Service is second to none because it comes across genuine and with... More

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel, again for business and i must admit things are getting better. I stayed here for three weeks this time around. Somethings you cannot change such as having to switch lifts to either go to room or down for ground level, but if you look beyond that, the service has got so much... More

We appreciate your feedback and specific recognition of our Chief Concierge and doorman. We will certainly pass on your compliments to them. We do spend a significant amount of time on training and coaching the team in customer service, and it’s nice to hear that you have continued to receive better service during each of your subsequent stays. Thank you... More

Having stayed at the KL Hilton, the Gardens, Westin, Mandarin Oriental and Meridian, I can say that the new Grant Hyatt in KL is definitely the best of all the 5 star hotels here. The managements can't seem to be able to maintain the standards in the older 5* hotels and Grand Hyatt is a real breath of fresh air.... More
