Never in my hotel experience that a hotel will switch off the television reception half an hour before check out time. The reason is to remind guest that you have half an hour to leave the room. That sucks.......

Stayed in Impiana for 2 nights, service could be better. Booked 2 rooms, a family memeber went up to the room upon check in only to find someone was already in the room! a hotel with reasonable rates, yet within a walking distance to the twin towers. at the new tower block, the rooms are slightly bigger and lifts a plenty (4 lifts at the new block). apart from the usual joints on the ground floor, there's gym, club lounge and restaurant / pub on the 25th and 15th levels respectively.

This hotel is ideally situated. I agree with barry c. Access to several shopping malls, the convention centre and the monorail is by covered walkway which was great.
