My wife and I were married by the covered bridge at Hawkesdene House this April, and over a month later we, our family, and our friends are still raving about the time we were able to spend there. From the very first visit, it was apparent that Rob, Phil, and the rest of the staff would offer us exactly what... More

Just got back yesterday from a wedding celebration at Hawkesdene House and can't stop thinking of how amazing the place is. The house is beautiful, the cabins are amazing, the grounds are gorgeous, the food is out-of-this world and the service is superb. I can't think of words excellent enough for this place or the hospitality the Phil and Rob... More

Recently visited Hawkesdene House for a quick weekend trip & have nothing but wonderful things to say about our visit. The owners are incredibly kind & the food is as delicious as advertised. We decided to get married there next year, but we'd absolutely recommend it as a family reunion venue, or just for a fun getaway as well! We... More

I was married at this B & B at the end of October and it was fabulous! We rented the property for 3 nights and were able to enjoy the hiking trails, mountain top, fireplaces, and spend time with all of our family. The house is decorated so beautifully and all of the guests said the rooms were very comfortable!... More

I attended a wedding here in October. It was spectacular, everything from the rooms, to the service, to the food were all top notch. The scenery was beautiful, especially with it being fall and having all the leaves change. If you're thinking about having an event here it would definitely be worth your while.

I attended a wedding weekend at the Hawkesdene House and can't imagine that our stay could have been any better. The rooms and grounds are perfectly maintained and the food was wonderful. Phil, Rob and their team make you feel welcome like a guest in their home. The Hawkesdene House is truely a perfect setting away from everything yet so... More

We rented the whole estate for 6 nights at the end of June. We had 40 of our closest family and friends with us. It was an amazing week. Hawkesdene was perfect! Everyone loved it! The breakfast each morning was delicious, and I am still craving those egg casseroles :) Our Wedding was on Friday night. The Hawkesdene staff did... More

Stayed at the Hawkesdene House this past weekend with a group of about 10 people. My BF has been going for about 5 years now, and this is my first time here. We stayed in the main house in the upstairs room with the private balcony. The decorations, art, and over stuffed furniture made this B & B very unique.... More

My wife and I stayed in the main house, as part of a larger group that rented the entire property for the weekend. The grounds are beautiful, as is the house itself. The kitchen was well equipped with ample space and cookware. The outdoor fireplace area had propane heaters and between the fire and the heaters, we all enjoyed the... More

Recently stayed for the second time in a cottage at Hawkesdene House. The accomodations are cozy, the grounds are beautiful, both the natural setting and the plantings. A special treat is the barn and pasture with llamas, available for treks up the mountain side. There are other dogs and cats to greet you, as well. The hospitality extended by the... More
