Amazing holiday the Yasmin Bodrum. Five Adults arrived on the 2nd of May for an eleven night holiday. Arrived late on Monday evening greeted at reception by friendly and helpful staff. “An old hotel that seriously needs RESTORATION !!”

It was terrible, bad food, very cheap drinks, rude & inexperienced school boys & girls as staff !! Very poor room service, unclean rooms with a tv that doesn't work properly!! That is what we encountered in this hotel !! The only advantage was NATURE of Bodrum! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME

'Heaven on Earth' is what the promotional video in the Hotel states about the Paloma chain and they were not far wrong with this resort. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. When checking in, I told the attendant that we booked a room with one kingsize bed and a sea-view, I was then told that that kind of room was no longer available so we got upgraded to the 4-rooms suite for free :) The service was great and the animations were great.... I think This hotel has probably the best panorama in Turgutreis area!! Seashore are so beautiful and peaceful, pools not so big ( comparing all another 5 stars) but quite.All staffs behave so kindly and good-humour.
