Great service. Front desk worked with as we changed rooms as we decided to get one with a jacuzzi...This building is older but wel maintained. Our rooms were clean. The NBC station was fuzzy, but I would say that is the cable company's fault. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Would stay here again! Good wifi connection.

The nicest thing about this hotel is its close proximity to various restaurants, stores, movie theaters etc. It is attached to the Carnation Mall, which is a nice convienence. Despite the friendly,albeit ineffective service at the front counter, this hotel leaves much to be desired. My fiance and I recently stayed here. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa after using the pool. Breakfast was also good and had a large selection of foods to choose from.

My husband and I stay at the Comfort Inn. We find it hard to believe people would write a bad review about this hotel. We love the hot breakfast, heated pool, location of hotel, clean rooms, and the staff is always wonderful. We have stayed at other hotels in the area, but by far the Comfort Inn is the best.
