Staff is friendly. They would have to be in order to listen to all of the complaints from people that are used to staying in better hotels. If your goal is price this is a place to stay. The hotel is rather quite. The rooms had a kitchenette stocked with a few dishes, cups, a pot, and a pan. I had no problems with the temperate control. The staff was friendly and helpful. We travelled to Bethlehem on a whim and decided to stay over. We called travelocity and this place was the cheapest so for $92 we stayed one night in a clean, comfortable room with no amenities but for what we paid we were quite pleased. Would stay again for sure.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the Extended Stay America, the rooms are suites with a kitchen, refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker. The room was large, clean and the staff was friendly. Make your reservations through their own website or over the phone to avoid confusion on check in.
