Very clean. Friendly staff. Central location, convenient to shopping, ball fields, downtown. Easy to find. Would definitely book again. Rooms are spacious, especially the suite rooms. Breakfast was good.

My room was 133. The nearby door to the parking lot was really loud so felt I was at a warehouse, not a hotel. Also, the room was not cleaned while we were out all Saturday. The staff seemed to blame me for not asking instead of apologizing.

We stopped in Aiken on our way home from Florida. This is a clean hotel but a little dated in the bathrooms and exterior. About 10 minutes from downtown, but near the main strip of chain shopping and dining. Easy to find from the main road.

Whomever I spoke with on the phone was borderline rude and dismissive. I'm sure the property is great, as this is my hometown and I know the town is beautiful, but I won't be staying there. I didn't even book the room. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
