“Updated kitchen”

The bathrooms were small and quite dated, but the kitchen was newly redone. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, which was really large. I was disappointed that the shuttle didn't run on the weekend.

“Great Experience”

We will return here next time in the area. Unless you go to a 5 star hotel you won't beat this place with friendly service. Breakfast is real, not the continental type. Multiple buildings rather than one monster building.

“Successful Refresh of an Older Property”

Completely satisfied with this property now that the remodel is done. They can't change the outside doors, but the rest of the place has been brought back from the worn out. Everything but the shower and toilet has been redone. Comp food good and filling if not haute cusine.

Amazing is all I can say about the Hyatt House Dallas/Addison, TX. Amazing!! Rooms was so clean, bed was extremely comfortable, area was quiet, room was quiet, and the front desk personnel were exceptional. This will be our "go to" place from now on when visiting in this area of Dallas. What a great, great extended stay hotel.

“A home away from home”

Convenient location to restaurants, very clean and resort like feel. The staff was wonderful, really appreciate the breakfast buffet including in a great price. Bed was really comfortable. Loved that it actually look like an apartment with all the essentials that you need from home. From the pots, dishes, wine glasses to the DVD player. Will stay here again.

We are glad you appreciate the setup of our suites as this was our intent to make you feel as if you were at your home rather than a hotel; we hope you were able to enjoy some of the restaurants that are near the hotel. We look forward to you next stay! More
